It is my goal to provide cost effective luxury at all price points to every Client. I aim to exceed your expectations with each transaction. - Personal Shopping services require a minimum 50% deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours.
- Personal Shopping options will be presented and are subject to Client Approval. Upon approval, the approved purchase becomes binding and non-refundable. Upon arrival, the Client is responsible to pay remaining balance.
- Quality cannot be guaranteed, but is ranked and stated based on expertise and experience.
- Payment in full for Personal shopping purchases must be received within 72 hours of receipt of the product. These items must be picked up, or shipped as per terms, within 72 hours of receipt.
- Special orders that are not paid in full within 72 hours of receipt by Linda's Luxuries will be considered cancelled and will be re-sold to recoup costs.
- Special orders that are not picked up after 7 days of receipt without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned.
- Layaway purchases, Reserves, and Pre-orders are subject to a minimum 50% deposit. The duration of the reserve, layaway and pre-order are to be identified at the time of deposit.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded in full, less processing fees of up to 3% the purchase price. Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Linda's Luxuries is not responsible for costs incurred due to delays by supply chain, logistics, customs, pandemics, nor acts of God.
- Prices quoted are FOB: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
- Shipping fees are the cost of the buyer unless otherwise contracted.
- All sales are final.
