If we don't understand your vision, we can't deliver. The Consultation is the single most important step in our process. Our consultation process involves 3 steps that can happen many times and in a variety of orders:

1. The introductory discussion. This begins with your inquiry (by email, chat, or via social media messenger programs).

2. This clarification. This step often requires a number of messages back and forth, or even a discussion via the phone to clearly identify your shopping requirements. 

3. The summary. Once needs, wants, and budget have been outlined, you will receive a summary email that outlines the understood parameters of your shopping request. If there are errors in our understanding, this is the time to share. 

Once we have an understanding of what you're looking for, our next step is to locate options for you.

1. We start by scouring our existing supplier catalogues for your item. If we are unable to locate something that matches your criteria, we will reach out to these vendors to see what they may have off the books. If we are still unable to locate your dream item, we will expand our hunt to new manufacturers. This is our least ideal option as we haven't had the chance to identify the quality, communication, and shipping reliability of new sellers.

2. Once we have located suitable options, we will prepare a folio for your approval. Your folio may include a variety of options. You may have a choice of your material, the ETA, and even the price point. Or you may only have one option available in your folio. This will depend on the availability, popularity, and specificity of your request. This will typically take 24 - 72 hours. 

Upon receipt of your folio, you will have 24 hours to review and approve or decline the provided option(s). We limit this decision to 24 hours because the supply chain changes rapidly. We don't want to get you excited for your Dream bag, only to find out that it's no longer available. 

1. If you do not like any of the options presented, we will re-consult and start the process over again, OR, you may opt out of the Personal Shopping experience at no cost.

2. If there is an option (or maybe more than one option) that you would like to purchase, we need your approval. This can be done with a simple email stating "I approve option #2", etc. 

3. You will be required to provide a 50% deposit for your Special Order item. When we receive your approval email, we will also provide instructions on how to submit your deposit. 

4. Once we've received your deposit, we will immediately contact the vendor and get your product ordered. 

5. Within 24 hours of submitting the order with our vendor, you will receive an email with an update outlining your ETA. We will remain in constant contact until your item arrives. It is not uncommon for these items to take 2 weeks to 3 months to arrive, so be patient.

You have waited so patiently and your dream bag IS FINALLY HERE! You can hardly contain your excitement and we can't wait to get your product to you. But first, there are some details to manage:

1. You will receive notification that your product has arrived and is ready for it's new home with you. 

2. Instructions will be provided on how to make your final payment. Please be aware that payment must be made in full before this luxury item will be released to you (either in person, or by shipping).

3. Once final payment is received, we will make arrangements for pick up, or we will prepare to ship your item directly to you. Shipping is free for orders over $300, otherwise shipping fees will be your expense.
